Promotion Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Dream Room Theaters. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and any interactions you may have with our brand online or offline. By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

•Offer valid only for customers who book a theater room package with Dreamroom Theaters during the promotional period.
•Promotion applies exclusively to new bookings.

2. Booking & Payment Requirements

•A deposit for the booked theater room package must be paid in full prior to receiving the promotional package.
•Installation must be scheduled and started to qualify for the promotion.
•Must be based on one of our 3 packages: "Matinee Haven", "Premiere Lounge", and "Director's Suite" Packages. Room sizes apply to packages. Details and standard rates for packages apply.

3. Promotional Package Details

•The promotional package includes a Premium Home Theater Package valued at $8,500.
•Items included in the package cannot be exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash.
•Limited to the first 5 qualifying customers, while quantities last.

4. Warranty

•Installation comes with a one-year warranty covering craftsmanship and labor. Manufacturer warranties apply for all products included.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

•All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
•If a customer chooses not to proceed with installation after receiving the promotional package, no price adjustments, credits, or refunds will be issued.

6. Exclusions & Limitations

•Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or credits.
•Dreamroom Theaters reserves the right to modify, substitute, or discontinue the promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. General

•By participating in this promotion, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
•Any disputes will be handled at the sole discretion of Dreamroom Theaters.
